IBF Development of Virginia LLC (IBFDV) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of IBF Development formed in February 2023. Located in Arlington, Virginia, IBFDVis a SWaM-certified Small,Micro,Minority-Owned Business as designated by the Virginia Department of Small Business & Supplier Diversity. SWaM is the Small, Women and Minority-Owned business certification program in the State of Virginia.

IBFDV is currently planning the redevelopment of the Ladrey Senior Residences in partnership with WinnCompanies and the Alexandria Redevelopment and Housing Authority (ARHA) in the Old Town North neighborhood.
