These projects represent renewed communities improved by new investments. IBF or its President has contributed to the realization of each of these projects.

 

 

 

 

R Street Apartments

Five buildings constructed in 1912, listed on the National Register of Historic Places and located between some of the District’s most vibrant historic districts of Logan Circle, Dupont Circle and the U Street Corridor were preserved as affordable housing against the threat of condominium conversion.

 

 

Webster Gardens

IBF Development assisted Somerset Development Company, THC Affordable Housing, Inc. and the Webster Garden Tenant Association in completing the renovation of 52 units of affordable housing in Northwest Washington, DC.

 

 

 

 

Fort View Apartments

IBF Development assisted Somerset Development Company and THC Affordable Housing, Inc. in completing the renovation of these historic vacant buildings into 62 units of affordable housing.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

51st and King Drive Apartments

The 51st and King Drive Apartments project preserved 96 affordable housing units which were at risk of being lost through condo conversion on the edge of a revitalizing area in Chicago, Illinois.
